How long does the offer take?
Once we have spoken via phone, viewed the property and confirmed your property details, we will then carry out our appraisal and are usually able to come back to you with a formal offer within 24 to 48 hours.
In most cases, we are able to give you an indication during our initial phone discussion as to what our offer is likely to be, so that you can decide if this will be the right sale for you.
